2024 Blacktopping is Complete

The blacktopping project for 2024 is complete. There will be another group completed in 2025.

Highview Meadows Colonial Collection Townhomes (HMCCT) are located just East of the River Falls Golf Club and within walking distance of downtown River Falls. There are 46 distinctive two-story townhomes lining the streets from Meadows Drive to Liberty Road.
